It is illegal to walk across the Minnesota-Wisconsin border with a duck on your head.
It is illegal to sleep naked. ( I break this one all of the time)
Red cars may not drive down Lake Street. (dont try to go to lake calhoun in your red convertable)
Hamburgers may not be eaten on Sundays. (this only applies in st. cloud, thank god)

Strange stuff
During World War II, bakers in the United States were ordered to stop selling sliced bread for the duration of the war on January 18, 1943. Only whole loaves were made available to the public. It was never explained how this action helped the war effort.
